HOW DO YOU FEED AN EVER-GROWING POPULATION?
According to worldbank, the world’s population is expected to reach almost 10 billion people by 2050? Much of this population growth will be in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), where population growth is the fastest in the world – over double the rate of growth of South Asia, the world’s next fastest-growing region. If these trends continue, Africa’s population is expected to double by 2050, when 1 in 4 people worldwide will be living in SSA.
With this projection, it is expected that Africans take a bold step and invest more in Agriculture in order to prevent food scarcity and to avoid a higher percentage of mortality rate owing to hunger and starvation. The time to act is now! And if we must act, we must embrace a new way of farming that guarantees quality yields, round-the-year harvest, at a more affordable cost.
We saw this and pledge that we won’t stop growing healthy produce just to ensure that; the ever-growing African population is provided with quality produce.
Welcome to a new way of farming in Africa…
Aldelano Corporation, under the leadership of CEO Al Hollingsworth, a wealthy African American businessman of over 50 years, is bringing new infrastructure technology to Africa (greenhouse farms, refrigeration, water generation, power generation & battery storage – www.AldelanoSolarSolutions.com). They are encouraging other wealthy African Americans to invest in making Africa Great Again. As the Jewish community has invested in Israel, bringing them from a desert wasteland to an oasis in 20 years, Aldelano is on the path with the new technology being developed out of their Tennessee Research & Development department to do the same for Africa, but in a shorter window of time.
As leaders in Solar Cold Chain Solutions, Aldelano’s strategy is to serve developing nations and provide a quick response for disaster relief with solutions for the unearthing and preservation of natural resources through the harnessing of solar power. They have started their footprint in Nigeria. They have already started farming using the newest technologies of hydroponic greenhouse farming with the intent of feeding the nations.
